I’m now in my mid forties and I’ve been exposed to various forms of training, from that recommended to various sports through that put in place by several of the armed forces of the world. What I’ve done is to see what works and then to take that and use my experience to see why it works. Exercise always carries the risk of injury and in our current litigatious society means that most experts do not dare to raise their heads above the parapet. In order to avoid being sued every time an injury occurs they instead give out training programs that are so mild as to be ineffective. The material I give you is for your education. You must decide if you wish to implement it. You must seek appropriate expert advice on your own physical abilities, get medical advice and seek training as you see fit as to the correct forms of how to perform the exercises. As a hunter you must assume responsibility for your own actions, assess the risks inherent in your actions and make your own choices. What happens as a result of your choices is entirely down to you. This is the responsibility of a hunter, and my advice is only for those who are capable of assuming that responsibility.
